The Content Marketing Director (or CMD) is responsible for strategically creating and using content to grow the business: generate leads and sales across all platforms.
CMD will lead the GROWTH TEAM to create content marketing strategies that gain business exposure, build our email database (lead generation) and generate sales. But most importantly, is responsible for the overall performance of our marketing efforts across all four brands: KT Merry Photography, KT Merry Courses, Render Loyalty and KT Merry Print Shop.
We specialize in luxury destination weddings and editorials across the globe. We work with professionals at the top of our industry serving elite (sometimes celebrity) clients. Privacy is paramount to our clients, as is professionalism, discretion, and signing non-disclosure agreements. In addition to our wedding work, we also have two fine art print shops selling artwork to interior designers and to discerning clients. Lastly, we are offer education for photographers and launch online several times per year.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
METRICS: Open, Click Rates, List Size, IG Followers/Engagement, costs vs. revenue generated, engagement to subscriptions, engagement to conversions, leads generated, funnel and promotion performance.
Expected Outcomes
~ To remain top in the photography industry in a way that informs our audience that KT Merry is an educator, thought leader and an expert in her field.
~ To create 90-day, 60-day, 30-day and 2 week content flow broken down by brand: KT Merry Photography, KT Merry Courses, Render Loyalty, and KT Merry Print Shop
~ Consistent weekly emails to our main list
~ Consistent journal posts on both the KT Merry Photography platform (showcasing wedding + editorials) and the KT Merry Courses platform (showcasing educational and behind the scenes content)
~ Our Instagram presence on all four brands is consistent, current, growing and engages with comments in a timely manner
~ Hitting quarterly and yearly goal metrics
~ Streamlined affiliate and ambassador programs for our digital products
~ Attend weekly team meetings within working hours and provide valuable feedback, insights and ideas
~ Growing and managing a growth team of high performers
