In this role, you will be the creative force behind our marketing initiatives—overseeing the translation of marketing strategies into captivating content across multiple platforms—including social media, email campaigns, and other promotions.

As the Marketing Manager at KT Merry Photography and KT Merry Education, you will be instrumental in translating the Founders’ vision into actionable and impactful marketing strategies. Your role will encompass:
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with the Project Manager to create concrete project plans for digital programs, online learning, and photography initiatives. Coordinate timelines of larger digital projects—ensuring seamless execution with core team, virtual assistants, and third-party vendors.
  • Comprehensive Content Creation: Develop thoughtful and creative project briefs, translating marketing strategies into compelling content for various platforms—including webpages, funnels, emails/newsletters, social media, presentations, podcast promos, and content calendars.
  • Optimization and Feedback: Review existing marketing materials, offering constructive feedback and data-driven recommendations. Maintain high-end, luxury aesthetics and compelling messaging throughout all brand-associated initiatives and materials.
  • Budget Management and Analysis: Assist in defining project scope, creating schedules, managing budgets, and analyzing marketing data. Make data-based recommendations for content and strategy enhancements, ensuring optimal results.
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership: Work collaboratively with the Project Manager, team members, and external contractors. Ensure the team is working efficiently, identifying and resolving roadblocks, and recommending resources/solutions for effective project completion.
  • Digital Marketing Material Management: Assist in sourcing, building, QA, and distribution of digital marketing materials. Utilize platforms like Asana, Google Drive, and Dropbox for project management, task tracking, and organization. Own the Asana project management system—which involves creating projects, tasks, and due dates. Help organize and maintain Google Drive and Dropbox folders for streamlined access to essential resources.
  • Launch Strategy and Improvement: Create and update master launch tracking documents—such as Project Charters—for every launch promotion. Conduct post-launch analysis, compile insightful debriefs, and use gathered data to implement improvements for future launches.
  • Proactive Enhancement: Proactively own the Marketing function of KT Merry Brands. Regularly contribute innovative ideas to enhance and improve various aspects of the businesses—ensuring continuous growth and innovation.
  • Support to Leadership: Support the Founders and the Integrator/COO on campaign needs and projects as assigned—fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

In addition to the core responsibilities mentioned above, the Marketing Manager at KT Merry Photography and KT Merry Education will:
  • Drive Strategic Program Launches: Lead the planning and execution of digital course, workshop, and coaching program launches—ensuring successful implementation and engagement.
  • Optimize Lead Generation Strategies: Own lead magnet and funnel audits and evolutions—maximizing our lead generation efforts for increased conversion rates.
  • Enhance Brand Identities: Conduct audits and optimizations of our brand portfolios—ensuring consistent and compelling brand identities for KT Merry Photography and KT Merry Education across all digital platforms.
  • Revamp Website and Brand Assets: Take charge of website and brand asset revamps—which includes refining our online presence to reflect our luxury brand image effectively.
  • Create Compelling Marketing Content: Develop engaging marketing content—including social media captions, email copy, and website content—to captivate our audiences and drive brand awareness.
  • Manage Online Learning Platforms: Support and manage online learning and customer fulfillment technology platforms (e.g., Kajabi, Searchie)—ensuring seamless content delivery and an exceptional user experience.
