We are a fast-paced, rapidly growing luxury photography and education company based out of Miami, FL looking to grow our team of high-performers.
~ Work with Integrator/COO to translate Founder’s vision into concrete project plans for the promotion, sale, support, and aftercare for digital programs, online learning, and photography sides of the business
~ Create thoughtful, creative, and complete project briefs with clear direction for marketing materials (webpages, funnels, emails, social media, presentations, and more)
~ Review marketing materials and provide constructive feedback, data-based recommendations, and optimization suggestions in a team-oriented manner
~ Collaborate with Integrator/COO to define project scope, create schedules for each project, prioritize open tasks and needs, manage budget from start to finish, and help to reach revenue and budget goals
~ Coordinate timelines of larger digital projects, working with the core team, virtual assistants, and third-party vendors to proactively track and report on progress
~ Assist Integrator with ensuring the team is working at capacity, identify bandwidth issues, roadblocks, and bottlenecks, and recommend resources/solutions to ensure projects are completed effectively
~ Own Asana project management system: creating projects, tasks, and due dates
~ Assist in the sourcing, building, QAing, distribution, preparation, or delivery of digital marketing materials, including webpages, web assets (banners, images, headers, etc), emails, and social media, plus any new channels as needed
~ Assist with collecting and analyzing marketing data to optimize results
~ Communicate with launch contractors (send timelines, track status and approvals, close out projects)
~ Help organize and maintain our Google Drive and Dropbox
~ Create/update master launch tracking documents (project charter) for every launch promotion
~ Compile launch debrief for leadership team
~ Implement post-launch checklist and prep us for upcoming launches
~ Contribute ideas for how we can enhance and improve in all areas of the business
~ Support Founders and Integrator/COO on campaign needs and projects as assigned
~ Digital course, workshop and coaching launches
~ Lead magnet/funnel audit and creation
~ Portfolio audit and optimization
~ Website revamps
~ Support and manage online learning and customer fulfillment technology platforms (i.e. Kajabi, Searchie)

We have two fine art print shops selling artwork to interior designers and discerning clients worldwide.
