We seek a Marketing Project Manager with a rich palette of at least 2+ years in the digital marketing landscape, especially within the domain of online program launches. You are supremely confident in taking charge of projects, adept at delegating effectively, and can manage a broad spectrum of tasks with finesse and precision.

Your hallmark traits include being exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, taking satisfaction in wrapping up projects with the knowledge that each completed task contributes to a grander vision. You're captivated by the world of online marketing, eager to immerse yourself deeper into the intricacies of webinars, sales funnels, conversion optimization, analytics, and launches. You're as comfortable diving into data as you are stepping back to contemplate the big picture, bringing strategic goals to fruition.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:
  • Spearhead our lead generation initiatives, managing and refining our evergreen offerings and educational content strategy.
  • Forge and maintain partnerships with advertising teams to craft and execute paid advertising campaigns.
  • Innovate marketing strategies, track and analyze conversions, and relentlessly pursue enhancement and perfection.
  • Manage and execute both evergreen and live launch projects, ensuring seamless coordination with a network of contractors and adherence to our uncompromising standards.
  • Synthesize data analytics into actionable strategies for optimizing sales funnel conversion rates, with an eye for creativity and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with the founders and team to align detailed project execution with our overarching vision for program launches and campaigns.
